Bella & Bent

So Jeremy is already giving me $h!t and I haven't even posted this blog yet; he is totally making fun of me for putting these pictures up of our dogs. I know it's kind of dorky, but they are my babies (for the time being) so I figured I would give them a little "shout out"...just once, I promise this won't be routine! I had to laugh at the last two pictures of Bentley; they are so typical of him...running around like a maniac and then crashing...it's always one extreme or the other with him.

Girls Night

Last Friday night a few of us girls met up for some cocktails and wine at Lindsey's new work; L Bar. It was the first time that I've been out since we've been home from our honeymoon and I've officially decided that I am a lightweight, basically...I don't have the capacity to hold my liquor anymore. I guess that's what happens when you stay in like an old maid all of the time!

Saturday Jer and I took off to Napa for the night to visit Katie and Ethan. We had such a great time celebrating their new engagement and getting away from all of the craziness at home. Life is pretty busy with my charity's annual fundraiser coming up next Friday (October 17th) and that has my head spinning. I love this charity and I love hosting this event, but I tell ya...anyone who thinks is an easy task whippin' up a golf tournament and auction has another thing coming!! For any of you who are interested in what it is that we do and benefit go to our website (www.blakespurpose.org) it tells a lot about my friend Dawn's little boy; it's a sad story, but it's inspired a lot of people and that is an amazing feeling!

"Ollie"

Jeremy got home from Arizona on Friday evening and our first order of business was a visit to Matt & Angela's house so that he could meet "Ollie". We got some cute snapshots of both the grandmas lovin' on this little guy as well as Jeremy and I...his proud aunt and uncle!

Congratulations Katie and Ethan, I am so excited for the both of you! You are a wonderful couple and I am so happy that you have found each other to share your lives with. Kate, I am so grateful for your friendship and we welcome Ethan (permanently) into our little "Sac circle" of friends. Jeremy and I look forward to sharing many happy moments and years with the both of you.

Also, Katie is celebrating her 29th birthday! Happy Birthday Kate!!! What a great way to start your 29th year! We love you and are sending lots of birthday wishes your way!
